If you see the error message when you try to download data, please check that you have enough free space on the local disk where Forex Tester program is installed.

If you use antivirus/firewall, please try to disable them for a few minutes or add our software to the list of trusted programs.

After that, launch the Forex Tester 3 program as administrator (right-click -> run as administrator) and try to download historical data again.
