I put my registration key into the registration form and the program says that it is incorrect. What is wrong?

The Hardware ID on your computer has probably changed due to some reason (for example, you changed hardware or re-installed the OS). Do not worry, as we will issue a new registration key to you for free.
Please follow these steps to re-register the program:

Download Forex Tester 2 to your computer and install the software.
Run Forex Tester.
Go to Help → Register program.
Choose "I do not have a registration key" and press "Next".
Select "Yes, I already paid" and click "Next".
Fill in the key request form in the next window. Choose the "Old key does not work" option as the reason for requesting the registration key. If you forgot some contact information, you can write something like “Don’t remember”.
Press the "Request key" button. We will generate a registration key for you and send it via email within the next 24 hours.

This instruction is accurate for Forex Tester 2 only. You won’t have this issue in Forex Tester 3 as it is not attached to the computer and you can install it on a few computers with the same registration key. You’ll then be able to work on the computers in turns.
Upgrade to Forex Tester 3 and get all the advantages of the latest version!
