Please select necessary color scheme of a chart, add necessary indicators, right-click in the chart -> Templates -> Save Template.
Then enter Default name, check that all 3 options are enabled and click “Save”.
After that, you can add a new chart via File -> Add New Chart and this template will be applied to this chart by default.
